Seasonal Weekend Special, Oct. 1-3

In Ernest Hemingway’s classic The Old Man and The Sea, the main character remarks, upon catching a dorado, that he wished he had brought a lime with him. Dorado, more commonly known as mahi mahi, is best with lime and our grilled fillets with lime sauce are sure to satiate. 

Dorado is as delicious as it sustainable, as it is one of the fastest maturing fish. Their accelerated metabolism keeps regional populations resilient under regulated commercial fishing pressures with pole- and line-caught domestic dorado being the most sustainable. 

Our grilled dorado is served with lettuce greens and carrots from our rooftop organic garden. Crispy sweet potato fries offer a savory balance to the tangy, grilled dorado.
